2. The effect of heat treatment is good or bad. For wires with excessive hardness or uneven hardness, the hardness should be reduced by annealing or tempering to make it uniform, otherwise it will seriously harm the cemented carbide die. (shrink rod die, straight rod die is obvious)
3. Material surface treatment without processing.
4. The lubricant used has the best lubricating state during the whole production process so as to form a thin film capable of bearing high pressure and not being damaged, reducing the friction force of the working area and improving the service life of the cemented carbide die.
5. Whether to maintain cemented carbide die on a regular basis.
In this way, the service life of cemented carbide die can be prolonged.
